Time formats
These are not user-definable. The Time field (user-defined data entry fields and system fields) will display its value according to the selection made. The exception is the Report Builder - Print Templates which offers the time formatting options as part of its Inspector view for Field data type: Time.

The bottom of the panel has a test display to check the visual appearance of any existing format; to test: make a selection, then click on the traversal buttons.
